To implement the decisions of the University Senate and the Board of Directors, to communicate to the units affiliated to the University, to monitor and finalize.
To organize the activities of the units affiliated to the Secretary General, to supervise and to ensure that the activities are carried out.
To hold periodic meetings and exchange opinions with the Assistant Secretary General and the Department Heads.
To make written correspondence with YÖK(Council of Higher Education) and various institutions and announce announcements via e-mail.
